Designed especially for mums from six weeks postpartum, this gentle and low-impact class supports your recovery journey by helping you rebuild core strength, improve posture, and regain confidence in your movements. Whether you’re easing back into exercise or looking to deepen your existing Pilates practice, Mama Pilates offers a calm space where your wellbeing is the focus.

Led by experienced instructors who understand the postnatal body, the class incorporates thoughtful sequences that target deep abdominal muscles, pelvic floor support, and overall body alignment. Sessions also include moments of mindful breathing to help balance emotional wellbeing and reduce stress; something every new mum needs.

What makes Mama Pilates even more special? You can bring your baby along! These baby-friendly classes allow you to tend to your little one while still doing something positive for yourself. Or, if you’d prefer a solo session, that’s absolutely welcome too. We also love seeing mums attend even if they’re a little further along in their postpartum journey or don’t have their baby with them. Every mum is welcome here!

Classes are beginner-friendly, and we encourage you to join no matter your fitness level. Whether you’re recovering from a vaginal birth or a C-section (please wait at least 10 weeks postpartum after C-section), our instructors will help you modify exercises as needed so you feel safe and supported.
