Postnatal yoga class in Weybridge – Mama Yoga at Piccolo

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. That’s why we created Mama Yoga at Piccolo, a gentle postnatal yoga class designed to help you reconnect with your body, restore strength, and find calm; all while keeping your baby close by. 💜🧘‍♀️

Led in collaboration with our friends at Beetlebum, this class welcomes mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum. Whether you had a natural birth or a caesarean, we guide you through breathwork, mindful movement, and strengthening poses to support your recovery in a safe, supportive way.

You’re welcome to bring your baby along, there’s no need for childcare, and they’re part of the experience! Whether they snooze beside you, lie happily on a mat, or want a cuddle halfway through, we create space for all the moments that come with new motherhood. 👶💕

This class isn’t about pushing limits or chasing fitness goals, it’s about honouring your body, nurturing your mind, and sharing the journey with other local mums in Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames. You’ll stretch, breathe, and move through sequences designed to ease tension, improve posture, and restore your core, all while connecting with yourself and others in the room.

We understand every birth experience is different, so we ask that if you’ve had a C-section, episiotomy or significant tearing, you wait 10 weeks postpartum before joining.

Held every Monday morning at Piccolo Family Club, Mama Yoga is a chance to start your week with presence, positivity, and a sense of calm. Come in your comfiest clothes, bring a mat if you have one (we have spares too), and let us take care of the rest.

Because motherhood isn’t a solo sport, and your well-being matters too.
